In addition to our management services, we run Friends of Business, a business network that brings together people, opportunities, and collaborations. We are passionate about meetings, relationships, and the power that emerges when the right actors are connected.

LASSE GUSTAFSSON 

My journey began in elite sports — an intense and instructive environment where I led high-ambition initiatives supported by strong commercial partnerships. It became a fast-paced education in strategy, culture, and leadership. I was later recruited into the business world, where I worked as a consultant leading assignments both nationally and internationally. I have founded several companies and led ambitious ventures in sports, business networks, and meeting arenas.

My assignments often focus on growth, profitability, and communication — always with a clear results orientation. I’m passionate about developing leadership and creating new opportunities. In my experience, there is an enormous amount of untapped potential. I have also worked closely with several search firms in connection with recruitment processes.

Today, I work in collaboration with a network of experienced partners.

  • 14 seasons in elite sports as coach, commercial director, and club CEO.

  • Board assignments in both sports and business.

  • Former Head of an education company.

  • Background in the real estate industry within sales.

  • Certified by the Swedish Board Academy (Styrelseakademin).

  • Certified coach and management consultant.

  • Licensed in multiple tools within leadership, management, and executive team development.
